• Registration Form
Used for special requests at time of registration, such as playing with
another player, or Player requesting a specific team. KASL cannot guarantee
your requests can be filled.

Used for requesting lower costs, the form explains the criteria.
• Subsidized Application
Used to allow extended payments for registration fees.
• Payment Plan Application
Explains what "U" Level the player is in.

Used to transfer between teams during a season, explains transfer fees.
